Before there were Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Converse, Air Jordan’s, maybe even Keds…there were PF Flyers.
He never threw anything away…lol. Found in the garage behind cans of paint from the 1940s! Yikes!

My brother had some like them in 1963. Wore to play basketball and to ride his skateboard.

Converse purchased the PF Flyers company back in the early 70s I think.
Belong in a museum or a collection to display more so than wear. The old rubber starts to age and crack as these have done.
I have not attempted to clean them at all .. sort of adds to their character.
