Our Insoles are cut to full US size. Also we can trim them to the exact shape of the insole that you provide to us by drawing on a piece of paper the shape and sending it by fax or e-mail, make sure to write down length in inches and/or centimeters because some faxes may reduce the size and send a smaller size. We carry all widths: 4A - Very Narrow, 2B - Narrow, B - Narrow most used on woman's shoes, D - Regular most used in men's shoes, 2E - Wide, 4E - Extra wide.
