Yohji Yamamoto is a Japanese fashion designer based in Tokyo and Paris. Considered a master tailor, he is known for his avant-garde tailoring featuring Japanese design aesthetics. This was part of the first collaboration between a high end designer and a sportswear brand. This item is part of that initial collaboration when Yohji himself had a big hand in the launch of Y-3 and some of the best designs. They are trying to revitalize Y-3 now to its initial launch glory.
