1970's Vintage Adidas Country Leather Sneakers

1970's Vintage Adidas Country Leather Sneakers Made in France Size 5 No Size tag or stamp.  Currently fits a Size 5 in male shoes.  Size 7 Womens.  Please verify size by insole measurements. I have looked all over the shoe and cannot find any style number or size number to identify this shoe.  I have also scoured the internet to find something identical and I am unable to.  My best guess is that these are from the 70s.  They are completely leather, not suede which could be compared to the Wales or Dragon model.
